Cancellations & Refunds

Contact Keiths Meats as early as possible if an order needs to change or be cancelled. Once fresh, perishable or made-to-order products have been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Incorrect, faulty or damaged orders

Contact the shop promptly with the order number, details and, where useful, photographs. An appropriate remedy, replacement or refund will be arranged in line with applicable law. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Missed collection or delivery

Customers are responsible for accurate contact information, collecting during the selected window or being available at the delivery address. Contact the shop immediately if plans change.

Payment refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
