Orders are accepted subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation and the collection or delivery information displayed during checkout.

Products and prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Product descriptions, weights, pack sizes, preparation options and prices are shown on each product. Images are illustrative and natural variation may occur.

Collection and local delivery

Collection is from the Wilkinstown shop during the confirmed time. Local delivery is available only to listed areas and available route slots. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and be available during the chosen window. Times are estimates because traffic, weather and operational conditions may affect the route.

Accounts and payment

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued.

Cancellations and perishable goods

Fresh or rapidly perishable goods, personalised cuts and goods prepared to order may be exempt from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact the shop as early as possible. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights where goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
