How do I create or access my account?
Use Customer Registration to create an account with your email, password, phone number and address. Returning customers can log in through My Account.
Can I repeat a previous order?
Yes. Previous orders are stored in your account. Use Order Again to add available products from that order back to the basket.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose click and collect during checkout and select an available date and time.
How does local delivery work?
Choose a listed delivery area, date and available time at checkout. The website limits each window according to the estimated route time and the shop’s one-driver capacity.
What is the minimum delivery order?
The current minimum local delivery order is €25.00.
What if my area is not listed?
Will product options be available?
Yes. Choose from the available weight, pack size and preparation options shown on each product.
How does the 3 for €16 offer work?
Choose any three eligible products from the 3 for €16 category. The discount is applied automatically in the basket.
